100 sqm Apartment – Stylish Modern Design in Badr City (2023) In 2022, we designed this 100 square meter apartment located in Badr City. The interior layout was modified to enlarge the reception area by removing one of the three bedrooms, resulting in a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a more spacious living area. An elegant dressing room was designed within the master bedroom as part of the architectural modifications. We also implemented a luxurious hotel-style bathroom using the latest high-quality materials, adding a touch of sophistication and luxury to the apartment. The kitchen was custom-made in our workshop as a high-end hotel-style kitchen, using premium Polyback material combined with German HPL, complemented by a distinctive imported Spanish Ambeldor marble with large veins, adding a unique and modern elegance to the kitchen. We also crafted unique wooden doors in our workshop, featuring elegant stainless steel accents and Turkish walnut veneer, adding a luxurious and contemporary touch that harmonizes with the overall apartment design. To create a visually elegant separation between the reception area and the dining space, we installed a partition made of high-quality 304 stainless steel with a modern design that adds aesthetic depth to the space. We used premium materials throughout the project, including luxurious Greek Calacatta marble and distinctive Turkish walnut veneer coverings, along with black glass at the dining area, enhancing the luxury and depth of the design. We relied on a modern lighting system combining functionality and beauty, distributing soft wall sconces beside the artworks to highlight them artistically. We also used premium canvas paintings in the reception and corridor areas to add a refined artistic touch. The finishing touch included distinctive ceiling moldings that create a warm and contemporary atmosphere throughout the spaces.
