100 sqm Apartment – Modern Design in Badr City (2022) In 2022, we designed this 100-square-meter apartment located in Badr City. The layout includes a spacious reception area and three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite featuring a private bathroom and a stylish dressing area—added through smart architectural modifications. The apartment also includes a second bathroom and a functional kitchen designed for everyday use. The design follows a modern style tailored to reflect the client’s taste, striking the perfect balance between elegance and practicality. Our work covered full architectural modifications, along with plumbing and insulation works, executed with high-quality materials. Although the apartment hasn't been finished yet, the design stands out for its contemporary appeal—you’d think it was created this year, not in 2022. This is a testament to our ability to deliver timeless, forward-thinking design solutions.

Interior Design Project – Residential Apartment in Roxy, Heliopolis (2024) A 3D interior design was created for a residential apartment located in Roxy – Heliopolis, tailored to the client's vision and lifestyle needs, following the latest interior design trends of 2024. Apartment Layout: Reception area Master bedroom Children’s room Girls’ room Main entrance Guest bathroom Shared bathroom En-suite master bathroom Kitchen Design Style: The reception area was designed in a New Classic style, combining elegance and modernity to create a sophisticated and welcoming space. The rest of the apartment was styled with a Modern Steel aesthetic, focusing on simplicity, functionality, and clean elegance in every room. Final Result: The interior design achieves a perfect balance between functionality and visual appeal, making the most of natural light and spatial flow to offer a comfortable and stylish living environment. HELIOPOLIS SITE 2

A Contemporary Apartment Redesign in Heliopolis, Cairo This apartment has been reimagined with a fresh architectural approach, blending openness and functionality. We opened up the kitchen to the reception area, transforming it into a warm and inviting Irish-style open kitchen that enhances the flow and spaciousness of the space. The floors feature distinctive terrazzo ceramic tiles, adding a bold, artistic touch. A custom-designed wooden bookshelf with integrated lighting becomes both a visual centerpiece and a functional element, radiating warmth and character. Gardena Apartment – Design & Execution | 2024 This 100 sqm apartment in Gardena Compound was fully designed and executed in 2024 based on the client’s lifestyle and functional needs — starting from a tailored 3D design to the final handover. Interior Layout: Reception Master Bedroom Kids’ Room Guest Room Open American Kitchen Bathroom Design & Execution Highlights: We carried out architectural modifications, most notably opening the kitchen into the reception in an American-style layout to create a sense of spaciousness and fluid connection between spaces. The overall interior was styled in modern design with clean lines and refined finishes. Key Features: Volakis Greek marble used for the kitchen bar in a distinctive “Julia” design Volakis open-book marble wall panel in the reception as a central artistic feature Elegant wood cladding applied throughout the apartment Solid Azizi wood doors custom-made for all interiors Tinted black mirror glass used in bedroom closet doors for depth and elegance The master bedroom wardrobe was redesigned to align with the new aesthetic Bathroom Details: Cladded with premium Indian porcelain tiles Equipped with a luxurious French glass shower enclosure Vanity and storage units made from Turkish water-resistant treated wood Kitchen Details: Built using high-quality materials including poly-lacquered finishes (Poly Lac), HPL, and premium Good Wood All accessories and fittings by Blum, ensuring durability and smooth functionality Project Deliverables: 3D Design Final photos post-completion Video walkthrough of the apartment Client testimonial video after handover

NEW CLASSIC APARTMENT DESIGN

Elegant Apartment Design in Zamalek, Cairo – A Refined Neo-Classic Style with a Global Touch We were contacted by Dr. Ali from the United States to design the interior of his luxurious apartment in Zamalek, Cairo, with a stunning view of the Nile River. His vision was clear: a design that combines the timeless elegance of classic style with the simplicity and sophistication of modern aesthetics. For this, we chose the Neo-Classic approach – a perfect blend of classic grandeur and contemporary comfort. Our design scope included the main areas of the apartment: Reception Area: We combined classic wall detailing and refined decor with modern, sleek furniture and a calming color palette, creating a sense of spaciousness and elegance. Master Bedroom: A serene and stylish space that balances a regal atmosphere with cozy functionality, using warm lighting and luxurious materials. Girls’ Bedroom: A chic and feminine design featuring soft colors, graceful elements, and a layout tailored to a modern young lifestyle. We collaborated closely with the client through several rounds of revisions to ensure the final design reflected his personal taste and lifestyle needs.
